With locations in nine Chinese cities, LDi requires a diverse talent pool and frequently has support positions available.

  • Qualifications Qualifications vary by position, but all candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, and professional experience is preferred. Ultimately, we’re looking for people who have a blend of professional skills, a desire to teach and learn, and a passion for serving in China and beyond.
  • Benefits The LDi benefits package includes furnished housing and weekly language study opportunities.
  • Salary All staff members are required to raise financial support for these positions. LDi’s Partnership Development Coach works closely with new staff to develop a budget and raise all necessary funds.
  • Application Process LDi invests a lot of time getting to know candidates through our application process. It is a very thorough process, and we’ve outlined below all of the activities that must take place. During the process, candidates will have the support of an applicant liaison, who is available to help them answer any questions they might have.
